Spring Gobbler Season

Dates: May 4 - 31, 2024

  • Daily Limit: 1
  • Season Limit: 2
    • Note: The second spring gobbler may only be taken by persons who possess a valid special wild turkey license.
  • Hunting Hours:
    • May 4 - 18: One-half hour before sunrise until noon.
    • May 20 - 31: One-half hour before sunrise until one-half hour after sunset.

Junior Hunters Special Season

Date: April 27, 2024

  • Eligibility: Available to junior hunters with a required license and mentored hunters who are 16 and under.
  • Limit: Only 1 spring gobbler may be taken during this special season.
  • Hunting Hours: End at noon.
